On August 6th, the COMETIU self expanding intracranial drug coated stent system and COMEX balloon microcatheter developed by Sino Medical's Sino Shenchang jointly obtained breakthrough medical device certification from the US FDA. These two products are the first FDA approved ICAS treatment products worldwide, which can promote endothelial healing and reduce postoperative risks while ensuring no neurotoxicity.
